The course can be purchased at any time! Once you purchase the course you will receive instructions to begin your 5 month membership. Then you will be able to login and create your account at your convenience. The 5 months membership begins when you create your account not when you make your purchase. Most families choose to begin their membership as early as about a month before their little one arrives. While the course is designed to help your baby sleep from 0-16 weeks adjusted, it is recommended to begin the course by 12 weeks adjusted to fully benefit from the content.

After you have purchased the course you will receive instructions to activate your membership for the course. There is no expiration to begin your membership, but once you activate your membrship you will only have access to the course for 5 months. During these 5 months you can access the course videos time and time again. Additional you will be able to download a 40 page workbook to keep forever.

The course is an online video series of seven prerecorded videos that you can login and watch (and rewatch) and your convenince.
